Ridge Zdanko is a complex sanctuary of a nature It was formed in Sakhalin in 1988 It is situated on the east slope of a ridge. The total area is 150 hectares. It is protected abrupt mountain ridge representing opened magmatic breeds not left on a surface. The watershed and a coastal line are combined by freakish rocks of a volcanic origin. There are stiffened lava streams, a picturesque falls in height of 40 m. A place of growth of juniper Sarzenta brought in the Red book of Russia, meeting only on Sakhalin: sossjureja nupurijskaja, smolevka Sakhalinskaya, lumbago Sugavary. Rocky flora.

Day 1

09:00 - Departure from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk by bus on a route:
Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk city • Dolinsk city - Starodubskoe
village - Vzmorye • Tihaya Bay - Tsapko village.
Time in a way about 2,5 hours.

11:30 - Arriv at Tsapko.
11:30 • 13:00 - Further the pedestrian route. 3 km on field road, 2 km
on a track through pass of ridge Zdanko (height of
pass 285 m). Rise flat. Descent to the seacoast.
Time in a way 1,5 hours.

13:00 - 15:00 - Breakdown of camp. Preparation of lunch. Lunch.
15:00 - 18:00 - the Output on a route on seacoast up to cape Nikulina.
On a way: some falls in height up to 40 m, picturesque rocks,
grottoes. It is possible to see a rookery of seals. Returning in
camp. Distance from camp up to cape Nikulina - 5 km. There
and back - 10 km. Time in a way 3 hours. 19:00 Preparation of
dinner. Dinner. Spending the night in tents.

Day 2

08:00 - preparation of a breakfast.
09:00 - Breakfast
10:00 - 11:30 - the output on a foot route on seacoast up to cape Burunnogo.
On a way: picturesque rocks, grottoes, representatives of sea
fauna (crabs, a flounder, a cancer the eremite, snails, seaweed:
sea grapes, sea kale). Distance from camp up to cape
Burunnogo - 2,5 km. There and back - 5 km.
Time in a way 1,5 hours.
11:30 - 13:30 - Preparation of lunch. Lunch. Gathering of camp.
13:30 - 18:00 - the Output on a foot route on a track on a slope of a coastal
ridge up to a stream (4 km).
Further on seacoast up to a mouth of the river Pugachevka (6 km.) 18:00 - Departure to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (by bus)
21:00 - Arrival at Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

General extent of the pedestrian part of a route is 30 km
